3. Determine the therapeutic effects of CRBN-PROTAC-NEK2i and optimize combinations with standard
myeloma drugs and immune checkpoint blockade.
4. Apply to the FDA for an Investigational New Drug for the CRBN-PROTAC-NEK2i in collaboration with a
