Nirvana Manning, MD, is an Associate Professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated from UAMS in 2003 and completed her residency in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UAMS in 2007. Her dedication to education has been recognized in the many awards she's received such as Circle of Excellence Dean's List, Red Sash Teaching Award and Resident Excellence in Teaching Award. She is a member of the Arkansas Medical Society, Central Arkansas Obstetrics & Gynecology Society, and American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology, to name just a few. Dr. Manning served as the Ambulatory Clinical Director for the UAMS Women's Health Clinics from 2011-2015, and was recently promoted as the Women's Health Service Line Medical Director. This position in conjunction with her many years of experience as a physician gives her the knowledge she needs to not only care for her patients, but be an advocate for their needs within the clinical setting. She enjoys all areas of obstetrics and gynecology, including adolescent care through menopause.
