    Tesa Ivey is not a native Arkansan but now considers it home. She received a Master's Degree in Nursing in 2004 from Troy University in Alabama. After practicing as a clinical nurse specialist for several years she went on to further her nursing education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences making her eligible to sit for the Nurse Practioner Exam in 2009. She was inducted into the nursing honor society, Sigma Theta Tau, in 2003 and also received a Practicum Scholarship awarded by the dean for student excellence that same year. Tesa is board certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practioner as well as Inpatient Obstetrics. She is a practicing APN and also provides continuing nursing education in Obstetrics and Gynecology across the state. She has a special interest in Gynecology for the aging woman and is proud to offer her patients care and compassion in a technology enhanced environment.
