Dr. Derrick Gray was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He received a B.S. in Biology from Southern University in Baton Rouge then graduated from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in 2006. Dr. Gray is recently completed his training in the AHEC-NW Family Medicine Residency Program and joined the faculty upon completion of his training.Dr. Gray sees and accepts new patients of all ages at the AHEC Northwest Family Medical Center in Fayetteville. His hospital affiliations for inpatient care include Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville and Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He provides care for his nursing home patients at Fayetteville City Hospital.Dr. Gray’s interests outside of medicine include reading, running and football. His wife is a teacher, and she is from Winchester in Southeast Arkansas. They have one son.
