overview Ann Riggs, M.D., C.M.D., is a geriatrician at the Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). She is also a Professor in the Reynolds Department of Geriatrics, College of Medicine, at UAMS, where she serves as Vice Chair of Clinical Affairs and Medical Director of the Geriatric Community Based Programs. Riggs earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota. She served two residencies, one in internal medicine at the University of Minnesota, and one in primary care at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She completed a fellowship in geriatrics at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in New York.
