overview Dr. Sallie Oliphant completed her medical degree at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, NC. She then went on to complete both residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at The University of Pittsburgh, Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
