    Dr. Masangkay completed his medical training at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to pursue a residency in Neurology and fellowship in Neuromuscular Disorders at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.  Following his training, he joined the faculty at the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University where he was an Active learning Group Facilitator for two years. He moved to UAMS in 2016 where he has served many educational roles including the Director of the Neurology Clerkship, Director of the Neurology Residency, and an Academic House Advisor.  He also developed UAMS College of Medicine’s first course on leadership on 2019.
