    Dr. Burcu Ozdemir is an associate professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) department of Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from Hacettepe University in Turkey. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine from the The Brooklyn Hospital in New York. She also completed a fellowship in geriatric medicine at UAMS. Dr. Ozdemir is board certified in Geriatrics and Internal Medicine. She is associate program director for Baptist-UAMS Internal Medicine Residency Program since 2019. She works at Baptist Health North Little Rock Campus at Springhill Drive
