This project assesses novel formulations and analogues of MDMA in mouse models of autism, including therapeutic-like effects on social anxiety, abuse-related effects, and adverse effects on core temperature and cardiovascular endpoints. The contract has the option to renew every 18 months after the expiration of the initial 3-year term.
