    Collapse overview
My research interests connect to institutional theory and the subsets of professionalism, organizational culture, and organizational development (coaching, leadership, burnout, and ethics). My preferred research methods are text analysis, text mining, and critical/discourse analysis. I have a background in psychometric analysis using various forms of factor analysis. I use theoretical frameworks of creative cognition, teaching and learning theories, discursive institutional theory. Other methods used are systemic linguistics, and corpus linguistics. I am also involved heavily in curriculum development, instructional design/development and regularly use content development software and video editing techniques to deliver training and educational program.
