    Dr. Joe Elser is a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Arkansas Children's Hospital (ACH). Dr. Elser serves Chief of General Pediatrics and is the Medical Director of the General Pediatric Clinic and the Pediatric Headache Clinic at ACH. Dr. Elser received his medical degree from UAMS in 1983. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at UAMS in 1986. Dr. Elser is board certified in Pediatrics. Primary Clinical Interest: Pediatric Headache, Pediatric Hospital Medicine Some of the UAMS College of Medicine faculty members provide pediatric patient care at Arkansas Children's Hospital. In addition, a wide range of pediatric services are provided in more than 35 subspecialties around Arkansas in locations such as the Schmieding Developmental Center in Springdale and the James L.
